It Means to procure food from suppliers closer to us, to offer high quality products while ensuring the least possible environmental impact due to their transport.
Each product in our breakfast buffet is regularly assessed in this respect, analyzing the entire supply chain, from the origin of the product to how it arrives at our hotel.
